The highly-anticipated weekend has been given a preliminary date of November 16-18, which would likely see the showcase scheduled as an end-of-season double-header with Abu Dhabi.

As per Sports Business Journal, MGM Resorts CEO Bill Hornbuckle has revealed there is a plan in place to buy $20-25million worth of tickets from F1, with packages set to retail for up to $100,000.
In a Twitter post, Hornbuckle added: "I could not be more excited for Formula 1 to join us in Las Vegas.
"The variety of sports and entertainment in our city is nothing short of spectacular and I cannot wait to watch the race next November."
