AlphaTauri launch: First look at the AT03

AlphaTauri has unveiled the AT03 to kick off a week of launches that include Williams, Ferrari and Mercedes.

AlphaTauri is the fifth team to show its 2022 colours after Haas, Red Bull, Aston Martin and McLaren.

The car was released via a 3G CDI video render and, as with sister team Red Bull, it is a show car similar in design to the F1 prototype unveiled at Silverstone last year.

AlphaTauri has confirmed the real AT03 will not be unveiled until next week's first pre-season test at Barcelona's Circuit de Catalunya.

The team will field an unchanged driver pairing this year with Pierre Gasly and Yuki Tsunoda remaining in position after combining to register the greatest points haul in the history of the Red Bull sister team.

AlphaTauri finished sixth last year with the all-new technical regulations offering an opportunity to further climb the order.
