Sebastian Vettel has labelled nature "our biggest ally" as he continues his environmental campaigning ahead of the new F1 season.
The Aston Martin driver has risen as a prominent environmental advocate in recent years, with a call for better practices within the F1 paddock paired with action from the German himself, becoming involved in schemes like his day creating a bee hotel in Austria.
The four-time world champion also led a litter-picking exercise after last year's British Grand Prix, a move that inspired fans to replicate the action in Austin later in the season.
In a video titled 'There Is Still A Race To Win' on his official website, Vettel said: "I think nature is our biggest ally so if by only doing very little for nature, I think nature is very grateful and thankful in a big way and comes our way.
"I don't want people to do things because I am doing them, I want to address certain things and make people aware and if they want to take action themselves, whatever those actions are, then that is great, I think that is very inspiring back to me.
"I am trying to emphasise that connection and relation we have with nature but also trying to emphasise the connections we have with each other, sharing happiness and sharing the quality of life we are able to live with other people around the world, with other generations, it is extremely satisfying.
"It is about our future, the future for all of us and looking out for each other, that is the most important thing.
"Looking forward, I guess, we want a better future for generations to come."
