Haas will officially kick off F1 launch season when lifting the covers off the VF-22 on Friday morning.
Haas is the ninth team to confirm its launch plans, leaving only Williams yet to set a date.
Red Bull had previously been the first team scheduled to reveal its new machinery, with a February 9 launch announced for the RB18 it hopes can defend Max Verstappen's drivers' title.
Haas will now reveal its new livery at 11am GMT on February 4, with drivers Mick Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin hoping for a stronger campaign than was possible in the pair's rookie season.
Last year was Haas' worst in F1 as the team finished bottom of the constructors' standings after failing to score a point.
