Renault reveal their 2020 colours

Renault have revealed their 2020 colours along with a new title partner on the eve of the Formula 1 season opening Australian Grand Prix.

Running in a plain black livery during pre-season testing in Barcelona, Renault held back on revealing their largely unchanged livery until the opening weekend of the year, also announcing logistics company DP World as a new title sponsor.

“We are delighted and honoured to welcome DP World to the Renault family," said Renault team principal Cyril Abiteboul. "This is an extremely interesting and exciting collaboration across multiple disciplines."

Formula One have made clear their ambition to become carbon neutral by 2030, although Mercedes have their own target to achieve this status by the end of the 2020 season and McLaren have already reached this goal.

Renault hope that the partnership with DP World will accelerate their own trajectory to reaching this goal.

"We look forward to working with DP World, a leading global logistics provider, to explore ways of improving our efficiency and mitigating our environmental impact," continued Abiteboul.

"After the ambitions expressed by Formula One to become fully carbon neutral by 2030, we are constantly evaluating ways to reduce our carbon footprint and our turnaround time."
