Practising slip-streaming was the order of the day in final practice for the Italian Grand Prix as qualifying shapes to be a fascinating tactical battle.
Sebastian Vettel ended the session at the top of the timesheets thanks to a tow from team-mate Charles Leclerc, who had gone quickest in both of Friday's sessions.
Max Verstappen, Valtteri Bottas and Leclerc were all just a tenth adrift of Vettel's best time, with Ferrari's predicted dominance perhaps not playing out quite as expected.
Several drivers had times deleted for running wide at the Parabolica. Doing so in qualifying will be significantly costly as drivers will lose both the lap they are on, and the one they go on to start.
The session was delayed by 10 minutes as track changes were made at the same corner following a terrifying incident in the F3 race, which saw Alexander Peroni's car flung airborne by kerb, which was subsequently removed.
