Lewis Hamilton was beaten to pole position at the Austrian Grand Prix by Charles Leclerc, but all eyes remained on the Mercedes man as he took a three-place grid penalty in Spielberg.
Hamilton was sanctioned for blocking Kimi Raikkonen in Q1, although the incident did not prevent the Alfa Romeo man from getting out of the segment.
Indeed, Raikkonen made it all the way to Q3 and will start just behind the Mercedes man on the third row, as he has dropped to P4 on the grid.
BREAKING:
Lewis Hamilton has been handed a 3-place grid penalty for Sunday's race for *this* incident with Kimi Raikkonen during qualifying (Q1).
